DAVIES RETURNS TO TRAINING WITH SOCHAUX
Team USA’s Charlie Davies, who was fatally injured in a car accident in Washington D.C. last October returned on Monday for full training with his French club Sochaux.
The United States will open up the World Cup with a much anticipated match on June 12th against England.
Davies wrote Monday on his Twitter feed that “it’s about time & it feels great! My speed is getting there too! Today was a good day!”
A passenger traveling with Davies at the time of the car accident was killed. Davies suffered two broken bones in his right leg, a broken and dislocated left elbow, a broken nose, a broken forehead and eye socket, a ruptured bladder, and bleeding on his brain.

LOL
Davies wasn't "fatally injured in a car accident".
He was "severely injured in a fatal car accident."
This comeback would be even more amazing if his injuries were fatal ;p
