MORE THURSDAY RUMORS: IBRA AND KAKA TO MAKE A SWITCH?

After a less than impressive first season with FC Barcelona, it seems like there has been nothing but rumors trying to push the 6’5″ striker out of Camp Nou.  The latest rumor has him wearing a Real Madrid jersey next season.

Rumor has it that Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho wanted his former striker back, involving a swap with Kaka.  However, according to Ibra’s agent, Mino Paiola, there is no validity to the rumors.

“I have never spoken to Madrid or about a possible swap with Kaka. I don’t know anything about this issue,” he told COM Radio. “Zlatan has a contract with Barca and he wants to show his quality when he is at 100%. Ibra is totally focused on the team and is anxious to start the season as a Barca player.”

Now that Barca has added David Villa to their roster, Ibra is looking to be falling deeper and deeper into the shadows at Camp Nou.
