IBRAHIMOVIC STAYING PUT FOR NOW
The idea of a move for Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Barcelona to AC Milan has been squashed by AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani.
Rumor was that Milan was ready to pay £30 million over four years for Ibrahimovic, who had a less than impressive showing in his first year at Barcelona. Ibrahimovic is just too expensive at this point for what he doesn’t get done at the pitch at this point.
“Ibrahimovic will not come to Milan,” Galliani told Sky Sport Italia. “We simply do not have the economic conditions to complete the signing. He is just too expensive.
“Barcelona can afford certain wages that we cannot deal with and, with these figures, it just isn’t going to happen.”
