CESC FABREGAS LEAVES MATCH WITH MORE HAMSTRING PROBLEMS

Arsenal notched yet another EPL “W” with a 3-1 victory over Burnley.

Arsenal captain, Cesc Fabregas, netted the match’s opening goal at the Emirates Stadium but was quickly replaced by Abou Diaby after only 39 minutes of play due to repeated hamstring issues.

When questioned about Fabregas’ status, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said, “He has a hamstring problem and how big the damage is we don’t know yet because it’s too early.”

Wenger went on to say, “We have to make a late decision over whether he plays on Tuesday, certainly. It is the same hamstring [he hurt earlier in the season].”

Let’s hope that Fabregas’ nagging injury isn’t going to keep him out of action much longer. Whether or not you’re a Gunner supports, Fabregas is a player everyone has their eye on whenever Arsenal takes the pitch.
