AARON RAMSEY – “I WILL BE BACK’

Arsenal youngster, Aaron Ramsey, gave his first statement since his horror leg break, in a challenge with Stoke City’s Ryan Shawcross.

Ramsey said of the experience, “I remember what happened clearly and after the tackle went in I saw that my leg was broken and hanging at an angle”.

He went on to chat about the care he received “Glenn Whelan was especially kind and I really appreciated his immediate assistance on the pitch as well as the medical support from Stoke City. I also want to say thanks to Arsenal for helping my family this week.”

Even though the injury to Ramsey was serious, he is young enough to make a come back and claim his place in the Arsenal side again. At Soccer Jones, again we wish him a speedy recovery and glad to read that he is upbeat about his future.

You know, what is just about as interesting about Ramsey's injury, is Ryan Shawcross' horror tackle on the Welsh lad.

The Stoke defender clearly showed remorse after the challenge, and even got his first callup into the England squad.

He is believed to have apologised to Ramsey about the season killer, but isn't it interesting how the media have either not asked him (or he's kept quiet about it)?
