World Cup winner Iker Casillas plays goalkeeper for the Spain national team and Real Madrid. At World Cup 2010 in South Africa, his girlfriend Sara Carbonero was allegedly causing quite the distraction for Casillas as she was reporting on the sidelines, and was even blamed for Spain’s opening 1-0 loss to Switzerland in group play. Can’t say that I blame Casillas for being distracted really. Homegirl has got looks to kill.
