During the 1994 World Cup here in the States, Alexi Lalas had quite the mop. It’s sorta one of those hair cuts that is cool at the time, and then 15 years down the road, you look back and can only shake your head. The hair isn’t that bad really… just the goat-like beard that probably took him several years to grow out. With or without the carrot-top mop Lalas was sporting, he was solid on the back line for the U.S. There’s no denying that.

During the 1994 World Cup here in the USA, Roberto Baggio rocked the braided mullet. WhenI was 12 years-old, I thought it was a pretty good look. However, 16 years later as I look back on this Italian soccer legend, this is obviously a hairdo I would imagine he’d like to re-consider.
