Darren Currie who is currently on loan at Derby County from Ipswich Town has revealed he didn’t reject the Galaxy, saying it was a mutual decision between him and Frank Yallop.

After enjoying his trial in LA he realized that the interest from County was too strong. Derby are on top flying high with only 6 games left and have a real chance of promotion to the Premiership. The pull must have been too much to the English player. I think the door could be still open though. Maybe when in a couple of season’s Darren Currie will grace the American soil… That’s if anyone wants him!
